Mauricio Banderas was born in South Florida and currently resides in Miramar, FL.  He has a Hispanic-American background, is well  diverse in the culture of the area and is well known in the community.  His passion for real estate began in 2003 as a Real Estate Appraiser.  He has continued to educate himself in the South Florida market and  specializes in foreclosures, short sales, green homes, market values,  multi-family homes and luxury upscale properties.
